How to Connect Bouncezap with iContact

Bouncezap offers seamless integration with iContact email marketing service. Connecting Bouncezap to your iContact email list is easy. Follow these few and easy steps to connect Bouncezap with your iContact account and you can have Exit Intent popups and email capture forms in no time at all.

Step 1 – Integrate Bouncezap with iContact

After you’re done building and designing your campaign, you can further configure your campaign by integrating it to different e-mail providers like “iContact”.

If you haven’t reviewed the general process for creating a campaign, we encourage you to check out our Creating Your First Campaign documentation.

In the Builder, select the Audience tab to view the Integration option.

You will see a “Collecting Subscribers” item in the Audience panel of the Builder.

Next, select iContact from Email Provider dropdown.

Step 2 – Log in to your ActiveCampaign Account

To obtain your iContact credentials, log into your iContact account. First you need to get an iContact API-AppId. To do this, click on the dropdown icon beside your account name and choose “Settings and Billing” as shown below:

On Settings and Billing page, look for “iContact API” then click on it.

NOTE: If you haven’t applied yet, simply apply by creating an application name and description then save it. After that it will  bring you to another page to create your password.

After choosing “iContact API”, it will bring you to a page showing your API-AppId as shown below:

To obtain iContact List ID, click “Contacts” from your dashboard panel located at the left side corner as shown below.

On your contact page, click on the “Lists” tab.

At this page, select the project you want to integrate with Bouncezap and click “Manage List” then a dropdown list will show up. Choose “Edit List” as shown below.

List ID can be found at the browser tab. Look for the characters after “edit” then take note/copy it.

Finally, you now have all the information need to integrate your Bouncezap account to iContact. Now head back to you Bouncezap account and input all the informations needed.

Step 3 – Enter Credentials for Integration

When done pasting the all information needed, click “Test Connection”,then a dialog box will popup as shown below.

CONGRATULATIONS! You successfully integrated your iContact account with your Bouncezap account.

NOTE: Always click on “Save and Next” every time you’re making changes.
