How to Add Bouncezap to Any Website

Bouncezap integrates seamlessly with any website, all by simply adding in a piece of HTML code. Set up takes just five minutes, and then you’ll be able to start creating successful, beautiful campaigns and analysing data that will inform your entire marketing strategy.

To get started, login to your Bouncezap account, where you’ll see your very own dashboard.

Step 1: Getting Your Bouncezap Embed Code

Because you haven’t yet integrated Bouncezap with your website, you’ll see the “Integrate” option on your dashboard:

You’ll then see an integration script. This is the code you’ll need to copy to your website. Bouncezap works by looking for this code, so that you’re able to create popups that appear to users while they’re browsing your site.

Step 2: Integrating Bouncezap with Your Website

For the purpose of this guide, we’ll be showing you how to install Bouncezap by directly editing the source code of your site. If you’re not comfortable with doing this, we’d advise getting the support of your web developer. Alternatively, you can easily integrate Bouncezap with the help of a plugin, for example, the Header, Footer, and Post Injections plugin for WordPress.

To integrate Bouncezap by editing your source code, open a page of your site in a text editor. In this example, we’re editing the index.html file.

Go ahead and paste the embed code you previously copied just before the closing </body> tag of your HTML file. Save the changes to your file and upload it to your site.

When that’s done, you’ve successfully integrated Bouncezap! You’re now ready to create beautiful campaigns within Bouncezap and start seeing results.
